ExpertSEO.ae provides SEO, GTM, paid acquisition, landing page conversion, positioning, and growth consulting services for SaaS, app, and startup businesses.
Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities may be agreed separately through email, proposal, invoice, written agreement, or other accepted communication.
3. No guaranteed rankings or outcomes
SEO, advertising, conversion optimization, and growth consulting involve many variables outside our control. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, revenue, profit, customer acquisition cost, or business outcomes.
We provide advice, strategy, analysis, and execution support based on available information and professional judgment.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, access, approvals, website credentials, analytics data, ad account access, product details, and other materials required to perform agreed services.
Delays in providing information, access, or approvals may affect timelines and deliverables.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are communicated before work begins. Payment terms may vary by engagement type, including strategy sprints, monthly retainers, launch support, or custom consulting projects.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due before work begins or according to the payment schedule stated in the proposal or invoice.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Due to the advisory and time-based nature of consulting work, completed sessions, audits, strategy work, and delivered consulting services are generally non-refundable.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled according to the terms agreed in the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, materials created specifically for you as part of a paid engagement may be used by you for your business after payment has been completed.
ExpertSEO.ae retains rights to its pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, tools, processes, and general know-how.
8. Confidentiality
We aim to treat client business information, analytics, strategies, and account data with reasonable confidentiality. We may use anonymized learnings or generalized insights, but we will not publicly disclose sensitive client information without permission.
9. Third-party tools and platforms
Our work may involve third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEO tools, booking platforms, communication tools, or website platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data limitations, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ExpertSEO.ae and AppOBit Technologies FZ-LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or consulting services.
